We are hiring a GIS Specialist/Analyst to join our team in any of our AMT Offices working a Hybrid schedule. The successful candidate will have a strong background in ArcGIS Pro, ESRI Online, coding for GIS, Survey123, Word, and report generation. Additionally, experience in developing database schema and a minimum of 2 to 5 years of relevant work experience

\n- Utilize ArcGIS Pro to perform advanced geospatial analysis and data management tasks.
- Act as an ESRI Online expert, managing and maintaining online GIS content, web maps, and applications.
- Develop custom coding solutions to automate GIS workflows and enhance spatial data processing.
- Design and implement surveys using Survey123 for data collection and analysis.
- Prepare professional reports and documents using Word, incorporating GIS analysis and visualizations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and provide GIS support.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of the organization's database schema.
- Stay up to date with the latest GIS technologies, tools, and industry trends.
- Bachelor's degree in Geography, GIS, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong proficiency in ArcGIS Pro, including geoprocessing, spatial analysis, and data visualization.
- Extensive experience with ESRI Online, including web map creation and application development.
- Proficiency in coding languages such as Python, JavaScript, or R, with the ability to develop custom GIS scripts and tools.
- Familiarity with Survey123 or similar data collection platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively present complex GIS concepts and findings.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word for report generation and documentation.
- Experience in designing and running reports from GIS databases.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
