2nd Shift: 4/10 schedule (4 p.m. – 2:30 a.m.)
Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Material sales orders, receipts, and inspections of incoming and outgoing raw materials (Check material certifications and heat treat certifications to ensure compliance.)
- Measuring material for the correct size.
- Receiving materials into stock via the Avante MRP system
- Completing required paperwork
- Marking of raw material going into stock locations (Rec#, diameter, and type of material)
- Verification that picklist callouts meet blueprint callouts (Sizes, Material Specs, etc.).
- Issue work orders to the machine shop floor. (Includes printing work orders, drawings, and material certificates.)
- Material transfer and shipping to the Mexico facility
- Seek and document lean process improvement ideas.
Qualification Requirements:
- High School diploma or General Education Degree
- ERP/Inventory
- Microsoft Office: Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Raw Material Specifications and Heat Treat Specifications
- Raw Material types
