- Perform and oversee field surveyors on boundary surveys, topographic surveys, ALTA/NSPS surveys, and other land surveying tasks using advanced surveying equipment and techniques.
- Analyze survey data, including field notes, maps, deeds, and other relevant documents, to determine property boundaries, land elevations, and other essential information.
- Prepare or oversee preparation of ALTA surveys, final and condominium maps, and legal descriptions in accordance with industry standards and client requirements.
- Coordinate with clients, project managers, engineers, and principals to ensure accurate and timely completion of surveying projects.
- Conduct research to gather information on property ownership, land use regulations, zoning ordinances, and other factors affecting surveying activities.
