Job Summary:
This individual will be responsible for working with our Amtech Software delivery team on project related activities primarily related to the coordination and deployment of hardware, software, and/or service solutions. From the outset of a closed sale, the project coordinator will engage with other members of the delivery team to support the over-all effort. This position works under the direction supervision of the Professional Services Manager on a day-to-day basis to ensure that all customer engagements are successfully delivered.
Job Responsibilities:
- Perform/drive activities in each of the key project areas (Time, Documentation, Communication, Project Integration, Procurement, and Quality) as defined by each project and each manager.
- Conduct site visits in conjunction with subject matter experts in order to develop a comprehensive implementation plan.
- Prepare project management deliverables (e.g. Statements of Work, Project Timelines, Status Reports, etc.) as needed and directed by the Professional Services Manager.
- Attend project meetings capture documentation and action items for subsequent follow up with those responsible for delivering on actions in the timeframe expected.
- Maintain documentation for each project and provide regular and timely updates to the assigned Project Manager.
- Identify and log customer project issues and escalates as appropriate to the team.
- Utilization and optimization of services team.
- Manage project budget and forecast revenue.
Required Knowledge/Experience:
- Experience working with ERP systems
- Understanding of basic project management methodology and related deliverables.
- Ability to communicate (verbally and written) effectively with customers, stakeholders and management.
- Capacity to coordinate multiple components of projects in a fast-paced, dynamic business environment.
- Ability to accept direction from multiple sources and communicate effectively to balance overall workload.
- Strong knowledge of spreadsheet navigation and formula creation/management.
- Experience in delivering products and services to a wide-variety of customers
- Experience managing and forecasting a budget and deliverables
Education and Certifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Experience using MS Excel, MS Word, MS Project, Smartsheet, and MS PowerPoint.
