Position Requirements include but aren't limited to:
- Bachelor s degree from four-year college or university in an accounting
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive accounting experience
- Fundamental knowledge of GAAP
- Knowledge of job costing preferred
- Detail oriented with great organizational skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Demonstrated time management skills
- Proficiency with computer applications
Responsibilities include but aren't limited to:
- Preform assigned monthly, quarterly, and annual general ledger closing processes
- Prepare monthly balance sheet reconciliations and variance analysis
- Record fixed assets and maintain associated schedules
- Assist in the preparation of monthly financial statements and supporting schedules
- Assist with preparation of annual budget and quarterly forecasts
- Assist with establishing and maintaining processes and procedures
- Assist project teams with matters related to accounting
- Other duties as assigned
