We are seeking a Game Integration Manager to align closely on a day-to-day basis with the Head of Game Development Studio position. The role is a Development leadership role that aids in all facets of the Game Studio’s success. The Game Integration Manager position receives direction from the Head of Game Development Studio position and works with other Studio stakeholder groups on project management timelines, development strategies and access to needed resources.

Responsibilities

  • Manages Project Managers throughout all phases of the Development lifecycle
  • Performs duties as a liaison with the Head of Game Development Studio position to understand business and project needs
  • Assists with the creative product side when needed and meets with team members for feedback
  • Creates and implements monthly deadlines, project goals, expectations and workflows to ensure a smooth product process with on-time delivery

Qualifications

EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field experience and/or equivalent experience and subject matter expertise
  • 5-10 years of experience in Studio Development
  • Excellent communication, and interaction skills; collaborating in a team environment

RESPONSIBLITIES AND SUPERVISORY DUTIES:

*   This position does have supervisory responsibilities/duties

 

ADDITONAL INFORMATION:

Compensation is commensurate with experience and includes a competitive base salary, bonus opportunity and benefits

15-25% Travel will be required.

 

Base Work Location – Position can be based at a local office location. Position classification is “Hybrid”.
