Position Responsibilities:
- Generate interest in available commercial real estate space
- Meet with potential tenants and tour open space with them
- Follow up on potential tenant leads
- Perform background/credit checks on potential tenants to qualify them for space
- Prepare proposals for leases
- Prepare the necessary lease documents and perform tenants of our requirements and regulations
- Assist with collection of security deposits and rents
- Tenant relations. Keep tenants informed about any changes or necessary information. Address their concerns and complaints
- Monitor and help maintain common areas
- Notify of any maintenance needs
- Other responsibilities as assigned
- Three or more years of experience in commercial real estate
- Ability to work in an office environment and in the field
- Understanding of advanced business planning and regulatory issues
- Solid grasp of data analysis and performance metrics
- Ability to diagnose problems quickly and foresee potential issues
- Ability to provide best in class customer service
- Ability to lift 20 pounds and climb stairs
- Associates or Bachelors Degree in a business related field a plus
