AFSI). Headquartered in Manhattan, our focus is the accurate and efficient provision of title insurance to real estate owners, law firms, managers, global investors, hedge funds, developers, REITs, and lenders.

Responsibilities

Communicate with Sales Manager on the progress of sales, leads and lead follow up.

• Client and prospects point of contact.
• Responsible for the following : maintain a high level rating of customer satisfaction based on customer survey results;

weekly call reports; expense reports

• Arrange client meetings, attend networking and conference events and met or exceed revenue generation goal.
• Keeps current with market trends and demands.
• Performs other functionally related duties as assigned.

Due to the nature of this role, travel, including overnight travel, is required.

Qualifications

Required :

• 3 or more years of sales experience required with an established book of business.
• College degree required.
• Familiar with the following technology : Salesforce, MicroSoft Office Suite, Concur and Workday.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship development skills
• Maintains strong working knowledge of company products and services
• Ability to travel and work outside normal business hours
• Excellent business sense and judgment
• Strong negotiation skills
• Excellent listening, verbal and written communication skills;
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize and follow up in a timely manner

Preferred :

Title or settlement experience preferred.
