Job Description:
Amun 21Shares is seeking a Paralegal to join our growing Legal team in Zurich.
We are looking for a well-organized and resourceful paralegal to provide support to the Zurich-and New York-based lawyers. This individual will work closely with our VP Head of Legal, based in Zurich. This is a fantastic opportunity as the first paralegal in the team to get excellent exposure to the highest quality of work and interaction at all levels. This is a transactional role supporting a busy team of two lawyers in Zurich and one lawyer in New York.

Responsibilities:
- Preparation and collation of documentation and oversight of transactional processes;
- Reviewing and drafting of documentation, including board resolutions, corporate authorizations, share and option certificates and transfer forms and other ancillary documents;
- Company searches and due diligence/KYC of contractual counterparties;
- Help facilitate various legal, compliance and risk trainings and programs;
- Pre-completion matters, including proof-reading of documents;
- Signing and closing arrangements for products and transactions;
- Post-completion tasks, including preparation of transaction documentation, collating originals, file management and conditions subsequent;
- Registrations and filings at commercial registers and exchanges;
- Review of various communication materials;
- Work on various special projects for the Legal Department in cooperation with Business Departments.
Qualifications:
- Ability to work directly with colleagues at all levels and within a team;
- Ability to work creatively and to engage firm resources in the completion of large and international projects;
- Excellent organizational skills;
- Effective written and oral communication;
- Superior proofreading and research skills;
- Strong numerical skills;
- Analytical and detail-oriented;
- Ability to multi-task, to manage time effectively and to prioritize assignments;
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite;
- Interest in crypto and fin-tech.
Education and Experience:
- Degree in Law, Economics or comparable;
- Preferably inhouse experience in the financial industry or fintech area.
Must be based and willing to work in the Zurich office.
