The International Marketing Manager is responsible for primarily, developing and implementing marketing strategies to support the promotion of U.S. managed investment capabilities through Amundi’s US export retail distribution network. Secondarily, this position supports the promotion of U.S. managed investment capabilities through Amundi US’s Intermediary and Retirement channels. The International Marketing Manager will work closely with Amundi’s Head of International Business Development, US’s based, Product and Marketing teams and with Cross Border Marketing teams, spearheading marketing initiatives designed to support client retention and increase sales, to grow US Export assets using Amundi US investment expertise.

This position is hybrid (3 days per week in office) and can be performed from Boston MA, Miami FL or Durham NC

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the development and implementation of International Retail export marketing plan.
  • Execute marketing strategies to support sales growth and client retention
  • Coordinate the activities of marketing, investment, and sales teams as they relate to the promotion of Amundi expertise in the US including digital campaigns, roadshows, web-conferences and other digital or live events
  • Ensure complete suite of impactful collateral exists to support sales and retention efforts
  • Work closely with other groups within the US marketing team to ensure collateral is updated and accurate and available to sales teams in a timely manner
  • Support product training for local retail sales team in close collaboration with Head of International Business Development
  • Maintain, manage, and track CPM/PM marketing activities- as they relate to International and US Retail initiatives.
  • Use analytic reporting to track all activities and improve results.
  • Liaise with Dublin and Boston Compliance on marketing materials.
  • Follow and be aware of Retail US and international fund flows and trends

Experience

Required
  • 3 - 5 years: of experience in a marketing or sales oriented role focused on international distribution of financial services
Preferred
  • Understanding of UCITS is preferred.
  • Advanced degree, FINRA licenses and, or CFA designation preferred
  • Position will be best utilized by working from the Boston office, however travel to any international region or country where fund vehicles are sold and marketed will be expected
  • Highly organized, flexible individual with strong communication skills, attention to detail and a willingness to “roll-up their sleeves” in an environment of high volume and diverse activities.
  • Experience in the development and implementation of a regional/local marketing strategy
  • Fluency in any foreign language is considered a plus
