Employment Requirements Include:
- Registered Behavior Technician Certification
- Two years of experience working with Intellectually/Developmentally Disabled Adults
- High School Diploma
- Background Check-Live Scan
- Health Screening/TB Test
- Valid California Driver's License or ID
Below is a brief description of some of the services we provide to our clients.
Registered Behavior Technician: To provide quality of care and treatment for intellectually and developmentally disabled adults. Our team is here to develop and maintain professional relationships by providing positive and structured interactions with clients.
Services to be provided:
- Positive behavioral interventions and support
- Implement individualized treatment plans for adults based on evidence-based principles such as Communicative Skills, Self-Advocacy, Social and Leisure Skills
- Implementing service plans for skill and performance development
- Assisting with activities of daily living
- Transportation for community integration
- Functional skills training
- Life skills development
- Wellness training
- Social skills training
- Nutritional training
- Vocational skill training
Daily Supports include:
- Modeling appropriate social & life skills
- Monitor clients' response to treatment through data collection methods written and supervised by a BCBA
- Assisting with daily living skills
- Assist with basic housekeeping and food preparation
- Planning and assisting community-integrated activities
- Participate in any meetings with clients, as requested by direct supervisor.
Charting Includes:
- Daily Progress Notes
- Behavioral Objectives Charts
- Community Integration Charts
- Medication Logs
- Restricted Health Care Condition Documentation
