We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to be based at our Van Nuys, CAlocationreporting to Director of Call Center Operations.

Job Summary

This position is a Customer Service Representative position with room for advancement. The position handles in-bound calls. The person in this position will provide excellent customer service to our customers.

Responsibilities:

• Interact with client’s customers
• Answering questions regarding product
• Tracing orders
• Issuing customer refunds
• Hands-on customer service consultant to the top names in E-Commerce and infomercial products

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:

Knowledge Of:

• Excellent phone etiquette

Skilled In:

• Typing minimum 25 WPM
• Internet
• Excel, Word

Ability To:

• Work in a fast-paced environment
• Handle a high volume of customer in-bound calls

Selective Preference:

The ideal candidate will have six months call center experience; high school Diploma or GED; bilingual (English/Spanish)
