Stealth Partner Group an Amwins Group Company is looking for an ambitious Claims Manager who is passionate about playing a critical role in the maintenance and growth of our organization. The Claims Manager will work under the supervision of the Senior Director of Claims.
This position is located in Bluffton, IN and will be an in-office position with the ability to work from home up to 2 days a week.

Responsibilities include:
- Responsible for the overall operations and performance of assigned Claims team(s), Claims Reporting Analysts and/or Claims Intake Coordinators including but not limited to, recommendations on placement/promotions, annual performance evaluations, and disciplinary actions, if this position has direct reports
- Audits, as needed, all contract details related to Claims upon implementation (Sold Forms or Final Sold Rate) for Claims Department or assigned Claims teams for accuracy and completeness
- Oversees master list of group/cases for Claims Department that includes all contractual claims service parameters
- Manages assignment of client accounts based upon review of workload volume by team and individual, when applicable
- Manages and oversees the filing process of all Stop Loss Claims for Claims Department
- Partners with Sales, Underwriting and Account Management with case set-ups and implementation calls, as needed
- Reviews and tracks the closing out of all groups at the end of their policy term for accuracy, completeness, and timeliness, when applicable
- Provides subject matter expertise and technical guidance to Claims team members and/or internal matrix partners on complex claim issues
- Conducts and processes claims reviews, reimbursement filing and reporting to Stop Loss Carriers, when applicable or needed
- Manages and produces monthly claims reporting and notifications to Stop Loss Carriers, when applicable or needed
- Assists with the development and implementation of policies and procedures for efficient and effective Claims operations
- Collaborates with Director of Claims to ensure efficient and effective service delivery to all clients
- Develops positive and collaborative relationships with internal departments and individuals to ensure efficient and effective service delivery to all clients
- Develops positive and collaborative relationships with external partners, including but not limited to, carriers, brokers/consultants, and administrators, to ensure efficient and effective service delivery to all clients
- Develops, consults, and implements training programs and assists with training, as needed
- Other duties and projects as assigned
Qualifications include:
- Bachelor's degree, or 3 to 5 years of equivalent work experience in Stop Loss, Ancillary or TPA environment
- 3 – 5 years of management experience, preferred
- 3 – 5 years claims, production environment experience, preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
- Proven ability to effectively manage time, prioritize workload and meet deadlines
- Strong team skills: ability to work cooperatively and jointly with various staff members
- Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills
- Ability to effectively communicate, both written and verbally, with internal and external parties
- Sense of urgency and attention to detail are necessities

Salary : $76,800 - $97,300
