We are looking for a Regulatory Analyst to join our team in Charlotte. This position will support the Senior Vice President of Regulatory Compliance through research, presentation preparation, and internal customer service firm-wide. We are looking for people with:

  • 2 years of insurance experience, preferred
Our Regulatory Analyst is a vital member of the compliance team:
  • Our Regulatory Analyst is a vital member of the compliance team:
  • Maintain electronic tools used for internal processes
  • Analyze state issued bulletins and determine operational changes required for compliance
  • Collect and analyze documents from our internal operating system for audits, Department of Insurance inquiries, etc.
  • Accept and manage request for changes to our intranet site for Regulatory Compliance section
  • Respond to insurer request for data needed for regulatory reporting
  • Administrative functions – create and manage spreadsheets required for various projects
  • Assist with short timeframe deadlines associated with acquisitions and other demographic changes
  • Update current compliance research documents used exclusively by our Compliance Team
  • Manage new research projects which will include interpretation of regulatory language, bulletins and other sources to make ensure proper compliance
  • Assist other team members on an ongoing basis as needs occur
