Overview
Amyx is seeking to hire a Change Manager to our NGA client in St. Louis.
Responsibilities
As a Change Manager, you will develop, coordinate, and facilitate the execution of Change Management methodologies in order to support the client through organizational, cultural, technology and process changes. Tactics, Techniques, and Practices include but are not limited to: change assessments; stakeholder analysis; knowledge gap assessments and corresponding training plan development; change plan development to include messaging and communication strategy implementation. You must have the ability to understand the effects of change in an organization and how to identify risks and mitigate challenges. You will engage with senior level government customers to analyze their environment and support and execute change management plans. You will use your experience and knowledge of organizational change models, combined with a deep understanding of your client’s operating environment to support and execute a customized change plan that emphasizes enhanced decision support and process improvement. You will be responsible for the development and execution of assessments to determine how a change will impact business processes and organizational design so you can help develop communications and training plans to facilitate the process. You will help the customer frame their change needs in an evolving environment of agile processes, automation, advanced analytics, robotics, artificial intelligence and organizational level digital transformations. As on-site change support, your client will look to you to help them pivot as needs arise throughout the change cycle. You will be expected to work both independently and in a cross-functional team as the Subject Matter Expert on Change Management and must be able to clearly communicate with clients, utilize available collaboration technologies, maintain detailed and accurate documentation, and deliver high quality products supporting the overall change effort.

Microsoft 365 suite, SharePoint
TS clearance with active SCI eligibility4 years of experience supporting a DoD or large commercial organization in the areas of Organization Change Management2 years of experience in the facilitation of process improvement or business or organizational transformation workshops, sessions, and off-sitesExperience with designing, coordinating, and deploying qualitative and quantitative data collection and analyses
Communication: Must be able to explain analysis process and translate results into actionable insights for both technical and non-technical audiencesTeamwork: Must be accountable for individual responsibilities while working collaboratively with development and engineering teams to achieve project deliverableTechnical: Familiar with DoD collaboration technologies, such as Microsoft 365 products such as Teams and SharePoint.
