Overview
Amyx is seeking a Project Manager for our government client in Washington, DC.
Project Manager shall manage an alternative litigation support system (ALSS) that provides software tools and managed services covering the Processing, Review, Analysis, and Production phases of the Electronic Discovery Reference Model (EDRM). Additionally, the Project Manager shall be responsible for an automated legal hold tracking tool and trial presentation services.
Responsibilities
• Shall deliver an Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) that addresses all tasks and deliverables per the OCC customer requirements.• Shall update the IMS weekly and provide it to the OCC’s Contracting Officer’s Representative (COR).• Shall produce a Weekly Status Update and deliver it to the COR. This Weekly Status Update shall document progress on outstanding project tasks and identify issues that require the OCC’s attention. The report shall include major risks and their associated mitigations, notable activities performed during the previous week, end-user reported issues and resolutions, plans for the upcoming week, and a description of any problems or issues requiring OCC resolution.• As determined by the OCC on a case-by-case basis, shall develop and support the implementation of Litigation Support Schedules for OCC cases in the administrative hearing process or Federal Court, and more complex and demanding OCC investigations.• Shall work with attorneys to develop Litigation Support Schedules, as needed, based on the particular features and needs of a case, including discovery and other case scheduling orders from a court.

Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
A minimum of five (5) years, within the past eight (8) years, experience with managing eDiscovery technology implementation projects.
A minimum of three (3) years of project management experience;A minimum of five (5) years of professional experience using eDiscovery solutions in an operational environment and/or providing technical and consulting support for eDiscovery solutions.; andA minimum of three (3) years of professional experience using the specific eDiscovery tools proposed as part of the OCC solution
Desired Qualifications:
Possess a clear and comprehensive understanding of all components in the EDRM;
Have strong communications skills.
