Anakeesta is seeking Ice Cream Scoopers who take orders, payments, and are responsible for serving ice cream, baked goods, beverages, homemade milk shakes and smiles.
Responsibilities
- Interacts with guests, providing excellent customer service
- Suggest flavors to guests
- Take payments using a POS (Point of Sale) system, and provides appropriate change on cash transactions
- Prepares orders in a safe and efficient manner
- Delivers orders to guests
- Ensures that all supplies are well-stocked including the beginning and end of day
- Prepare and serve ice cream, baked goods and milkshakes
- Must be able to be trained in proper food handling techniques
- Following proper opening and closing procedures
- Cleaning with the proper sanitation procedures throughout the day
- Keep inventory stocked
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Attends all necessary F&B training classes
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Positive Attitude
- Must be at least 16 years old
- Available to work days, nights, weekends and holidays
- Must be able to work in an occasionally environment
Physical Requirements
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs.; can push, pull, grasp, lift, kneel, stoop, climb, balance, crouch, crawl and stand for long periods of time.
- Must be able to stand and/or walk for long periods of time
