UX/UI - Graphic Designer – Digital Platform
DESCRIPTION
Develop effective and impactful visual content that aligns with Analog Devices Digital Platform strategy and Analog Devices brand policies. Use visual brand systems and guidelines, working closely with Digital Platform leadership team and external partners to develop a rich visual platform to be consumed by internal and external customers. Support a design culture within the company that is focused on the telling the Analog Devices story through elegant visual content.
Responsibilities
- Conceptualise, design, lead and manage creative projects/campaigns for digital platform including print, digital, offline & online media.
- Responsible for routing of work, managing assets, working with a cross-functional global teams and liaising with partners
- Delivering high quality, creative solutions in the key areas of design strategy, branding, and design from concept to delivery for the digital platform
- Brainstorm, present and facilitate brand solutions for corporate projects to improve customer loyalty, employee confidence, brand perception and return on investment.
- Maintain a solid understanding of company stakeholders and company goals and objectives
- Work closely with other corporate content creators to ensure brand alignment across all channels, connect projects, and re-purpose content
- Ability to work in collaborative and independent work situations and environments with minimal supervision
- Develop and build a team of SME to support a digital platform
- Maintain company quality and quantity standards
- Travel to other ADI global locations will be required from time to time
Qualifications/Responsibilities
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, design/fine arts or other creative area desired
- You should have at least 5 to 10 years' experience executing communications projects from conception to production, including brand identity work, marketing campaigns and print / digital design.
- A strong portfolio of creative graphic design
- Strong working knowledge of Adobe Creative suit; Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
- Good understanding of content creation across multiple mediums
- Must have outstanding oral, written and presentation communication skills
- Ability to remain calm and receptive in fast paced situations
- Must have excellent problem solving skills
- Must be self-motivated and open-minded
- Proficient in English (written and verbal)
- Willingness and availability to travel on company business
- A portfolio of previous work would be essential to present
