Job Description
ANALYGENCE is seeking a Contract Specialist to join our team supporting the Department of Homeland Security. This position will perform recurring assignments in support of contract closeout and assembling Interagency Agreements which can be either an inter or intra governmental transaction.
- Duties may be supported remotely from a home office within approximately 50 miles of the Washington DC metro region with ability to be onsite if requested.
- Responsible for IAA management from preparing and reviewing documents to send funds to other agencies through IAAs
- Prepares award documents for all IAAs
- Work with Program office to review, revise, documents as necessary.
- Applies knowledge of SOW, IGCE, D&F, and Appendix G documents.
- Obtains approval from Office of Procurement Operations (OPO) and Office of General Council (OGC), work with PMO to adjudicate comments.
- Provides IAA support to include obtaining servicing agency concurrence
- Applies expertise in relation to Interagency Authorities such as Homeland Security Act of 2002, Economy Act, NASA Space Act, National Science Foundation Act, HSAM 3017.502-1(b)(iii) limits IAAs for assisted acquisitions to 5 years, The bona fide needs rule.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree and a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
- Ability to successfully obtain a government DHS Suitability security clearance.
- Understanding FY funding.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite to include Teams or similar workplace chat and videoconferencing tools; solid knowledge of Prism
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
