What are the responsibilities and job description for the Readiness Analyst position at ANALYGENCE, Inc.?
ANALYGENCE is seeking a Readiness Analyst to join our team supporting Naval Information Forces (NAVIFOR) with a broad range of technical services to address manpower, personnel, training, and education issues across the range of Maritime Operations Center (MOC) activities. Our team will develop solutions in the areas of operational planning, operational assessment, maritime targeting, and the integration of kinetic and non-kinetic capabilities.

Support the effort to develop, review, and analyze all products and requirements in support of MOC training and readiness reporting. Including, but not limited to, MOC Readiness Coordination Review authority (CRA), Mission Essential Task List (METL), Global Status of Resources and Training System (GSORTS), Defense Readiness Reporting System-Strategic (DRRS-S), Navy Warfare Training Plan (NWTP), Training Proficiency Standards required for MOC platform operations and maintenance, MOC Training and Exercise Team (MOC-TET), and the assist and assess training team (MOC RC3).

Five years’ experience in NWTP development, maintenance, and execution referencing the outputs of UNTL-based METL development.

Demonstrated experience developing and revising instructional support materials for virtual and mobile training, application of training effectiveness evaluation methodologies.

Demonstrated experience with design and application of training objectives, unit training requirements and grouping into training events that facilitated assessment of unit proficiency of a specific training audience.

Experience with the Service and/or Joint Training Plan development capabilities (i.e., NTIMS or equivalent across the DoD).

Demonstrated analytical problem solving skills.

Demonstrated oral and written communication skills.
Desired
- Bachelor’s degree in operations research, operations management, applied psychology, or other related field of study is preferred.

Salary : $92,500 - $117,000
