Analytica is seeking a Product Manager to lead a team developing a vision to better integrate, manage and communicate healthcare data and provider information. This role will work closely with client stakeholders and the technical team to implement innovative, consumer-friendly improvements to Medicare.gov and a variety of communications.

Responsibilities include (but not limited to):
- Determine high-impact metrics, feature/functionality and technology requirements - ongoing management, maintenance, design and strategic direction within the product
- Manage the execution of the product in an Agile/scrum environment Using Human-Centered Design principles, direct and engage in gathering feedback from the various stakeholders and iterate through designs until ready
- Develop the appropriate product backlog/roadmap Craft the vision and build a roadmap to enhance the experience across desktop, mobile/tablet, and call center interfaces Define and prioritize features
- Collaborate with others to maintain a consistent user experience cross-platform
- Lead an agile development team in iterations towards the goals
- Use the US Digital Services Playbook to effect rapid, user-focused change
- Work with the Tech team to monitor and measure system and user metrics
- Experience developing and helping implement a vision, roadmap, and improvements to public-facing websites comparable in scale to Medicare.gov, including at least one major release.
- 5 years experience leading teams using DevOps and/or DevSecOps techniques to publish, maintain and upgrade public-facing websites comparable in scale to Medicare.gov.
- Experience working with CMS' Office of Communication and its web design and communications components preferred
