What are the responsibilities and job description for the Building Maintenance position at Anam Care?
Anam Campus, assisted living facilities in Rockford, is seeking an individual to help with building maintenance. Qualified candidate will perform routine and preventative maintenance in order to maintain the physical integrity of the property. Duties may include but are not limited to:
- Maintain awareness of the physical condition of the property and correct unsafe conditions.
- Perform light/minor maintenance
- Paint and repair walls as needed
- Direct workers engaged in performing repairs
- Directs workers engaged in ground maintenance such as mowing lawns, trimming hedges, removing weeds and raking and disposing of leaves and refuse.
- Replace light bulbs
The ideal candidate will be self-motivated and work well independently. Must have experience in plumbing, electrical, painting and HVAC
Salary : $29,300 - $37,100
