Job Requirements:
· Have clean driving record
· Must pass a 4-panel drug test (we do not conduct drug test for marijuana)
· Must be at least 21 years old
· Able to use navigation with a smartphone
· Able to lift packages up to 50 lbs.
· Able to get in and out of van and walk up and down stairs through your shift
· Must have a valid driver's license (CDL is not required)
· Eligible to work in the United States.
· Start time is 7:40AM. Shifts are 8-10 hours per day. Shifts are available 7 days per week.
· Your day starts at our Delivery Station located at 315 Shuksan Way, Everett, WA 98203

Starting Pay is $21/HOUR

• $21.25/HR after 30 days
• $21.50/HR after 60 days
• $21.75/HR after 6 months
• $22/HR after 12 months

Raises are contingent upon Attendance, Safety , and delivery metrics.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Must be able to perform the following tasks, with or without reasonable accommodation:· Safely drive and operate your delivery vehicle.· Use handheld device for routing information, customer delivery information.· Must be comfortable driving and working in varying weather conditions.· Load and unload packages to be delivered· Be CUSTOMER OBSESSED!! We strive to deliver packages and smiles to our customers·Being a Delivery Associate is a physical, fast-paced position that includes repetitive bending, twisting, carrying packages and walking.Location: Marysville, Washington

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Temporary

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour

Day range:

• Every weekend
• Holidays
• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed

Shift:

• 10 hour shift
• Day shift
• Morning shift
