Senior Salesforce Engineer

What you'll do:

• Support business stakeholders around day-to-day Salesforce issues.
• Manage users provisioning and role assignment in SFDC and other Sales and Marketing tools
• Develop customized solutions within the Salesforce platform.
• Implement eCommerce solutions including enterprise architecture, ERP integration, robust services laye.
• Design, code, and implement Salesforce applications.
• Develop Partner Community capabilities using Salesforce or third party solutions.
• Maintaining the security and integrity of the application software.
• Gather, analyze and document functional and technical requirements for new projects, enhancements to existing solutions and production issues reported by end users
• Perform testing of new enhancements as a part of biweekly Agile process
• Use data loaders to import data into Salesforce
• Analyze SFDC Data Quality issues

What you'll have:

• Extensive CRM and other GTM platforms experience
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced and rapidly changing work environment either on a team or as an individual contributor
• Proven ability to design and optimize business processes and to integrate business processes across disparate systems
• Extensive VisualForce, Apex Classes/Controllers, Apex Triggers development experience
• Good understanding of the Salesforce product suite including Salesforce1, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, App Cloud, Communities and AppExchange solutions
• Web Services development or experience with the Salesforce API (REST/SOAP/MetaData, etc.)
• Passion for application integration, delivery excellence, and learning new technologies
• Strong knowledge of REST APIs, API Security with OKTA SSO.
• Front-end development experience with Lightning Design System
• Knowledge of integrations, 3rd party integration tools, ETL with Salesforce
• Strong knowledge of Object Oriented Analysis and Design, database design and software development lifecycle
• Strong software delivery knowledge (i.e., experience with Agile, Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, and/or Lean)
• Salesforce certification is nice to have
