- Hiring Pay Range: $22.00 - $30.00 per hour

Summary
- Assist Loan Administration Manger with the management of all Loan Administration operations and personnel while providing support to all bank personnel as it relates to loan origination and servicing functions.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Maintains a current knowledge and consistent compliance with Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) requirements, Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act (GLBA), Dodd-Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act as well as other Regulations, bank policies and procedures related to the position.
- Maintains thorough understanding and continuing knowledge regarding, regulatory loan compliance, state laws, bank’s credit policy, internal procedures, consumer disclosures including but not limited to TRID, RESPA, HMDA, GFE, and any other overlapping areas of compliance related to loan documentation.
- Oversee the daily functions for the Loan Admin Department including, but not limited to, providing support and guidance to Team Members; demonstrating and teaching excellent customer service; assisting in hiring, training, goal setting and development; and performance evaluation and disciplinary counseling.
- Ensures that staff is informed of changes in applicable regulations, laws, policies and procedures that impact them and implements necessary training.
- Monitoring of late loan documents (researching reasons, preparing reports and communicating results to branches).
- Assist in developing, driving, monitoring and tracking production reports; creating motivational tools to assist team in meeting production, quality, and professional objectives.
- Coordinate the daily work schedule to ensure adequate staffing to maintain a high quality of service.
- Assist in preparing and delivering all types of loan documents.
- Notifies manager of potential problems and makes recommendations to resolve potential problems or conflicts with a loan, collateral or documentation.
- Assist as backup for the following tasks:
- Maintain daily loan log of all incoming loan requests
- Quality control of loans before they are sent to the Branches
- Booking new and modification requests into NGP
- Quality control of loans booked into NGP
- Loan Account Balancing (i.e. complete the daily non-post report, loan suspense, etc.)
- Maintain loan rates in Laser Pro and NGP daily
- Escrowing monitoring and servicing
- Processing charge-off, grade change and non-accrual requests
- Other tasks as determined by manager
- Maintain a high quality of service and communication with Loan Administration Manager.
- Assist manager with staff annual performance reviews.
- Delivers quality of service as defined by department standards.
Education and/or Experience
- Minimum of four years of related experience and/or training.
- Bachelor's degree (B.A.) preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
