- Credit Officer V: $100,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
- Senior Credit Operations Officer: $120,000.00 - $165,000.00 per year
- The hiring pay range for this position is commensurate with the level of relevant experience and education.

Summary
- Directs the loan origination process of the Bank to manage operational and credit risk in accordance with the Bank’s low-to-moderate risk profile while providing outstanding service to both internal and external customers. Position will supervise Loan Origination Software (LOS) Administration, Loan Quality Review, and the Appraisal Department.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Oversees pre-close operations of the Credit Department, with direct responsibility for LOS System Administration, Loan Quality Review, and the Appraisal Department.
- Develops and maintains credit-related procedures, loan systems, workflows, and performance standards.
- Works closely with the Chief Credit Officer (CCO) and Senior Credit Officer (SCO) to develop and manage performance standards for credit origination standards.
- Works with teams across the Bank to build effective, consistently applied loan processes and procedures.
- Develops and maintains a strong working relationship with Bank regulators.
- Consults with the CCO and SCO as necessary on various credit issues and other high-level credit matters.
- Maintains a current knowledge and consistent compliance with Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) requirements, as well as knowledge and consistent compliance with other banking regulations and Bank policies and procedures related to the position.
- Maintains confidentiality and delivers quality of service as defined by department standards.

Preferred Education and/or Experience:
Credit Officer V:
- 7-10 years in credit management positions and extensive background experience and/or training.
- Preferred bachelor’s degree (B.A.) or equivalent in business administration, finance, or related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Senior Credit Operations Officer:
- 10 years in credit management positions and extensive background experience and/or training.
