What are the responsibilities and job description for the Host/Hostess position at Anchor Bar?
Uses proper, friendly customer service greeting, “Hi welcome to Anchor Bar, Home of the Original Buffalo Wing. How can I help you today?”
Utilizes proper seating system and updates for daily and shift use.
Utilizes the seating system to track how many tables each server is assigned. (Rotates seating according to policy).
Take calls as they come in. Take out orders over the phone and enter in to POS system accurately.
Learn the POS System accurately for take out
Ensures all takeout orders and 3rd party orders are correct and packaged properly before providing them to the customer.
Stock all menus and be sure area is stocked with all needs on the Take Out Station / Host / Hostess Checklist.
Organize inside cabinet of host / take out stand. Keep top and all areas clean of clutter.
Inventory merchandise as requested. Keep merchandise and shirts organized, labeled and clean.
Restroom checks as per checklist.
Stocks pens, scratch paper, highlighters, and all related host materials.
Performs other related duties as assigned by the manager-on-duty.

Pay: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour
