Anchor Behavioral Solutions (ABS) provides support, education, and advocacy services to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. The company is based in West Orange, NJ, and the organization’s goal is to help individuals and families master the challenges of living with developmental disabilities and making their lives as joy-filled and rewarding as possible. ABS is hiring a bookkeeper to join the growing team. If are detailed oriented person with great accounting skills ABS is the place for you.
Job Responsibilities:
- Maintain an accurate record of financial transactions by recording and categorizing all financial activity
- Reconcile bank accounts and credit card accounts
- Manage bank and credit card account feeds
- Adhoc projects as needed

Education, Experience, and Licensing Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field

Payment Process: all payments will be made via Upwork
Time requirements: part-time, around 5 hours per week
