Field Recruiter (Albany, NY)

As a Field Recruiter, you will join our team of field recruiters in their efforts to introduce Anchor Health to potential HHA Candidates. In this role, you will interact with HHAs outside schools and in heavily foot trafficked areas, recruit quality candidates, and assist with the onboarding process.

Field Recruiter Qualifications:

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Engage with potential caregivers and provide them with information about our services
• 1 year of prior experience in a recruitment environment is highly preferred
• Proficient in using computer systems and software
• Ability to work well in a team as well as a independently
• Valid driver's license and a car required (travel expenses covered!)
• Must speak fluent Spanish and English

Field Recruiter Responsibilities:

• Build relationships with HHA Schools and training programs to attract talent
• Collaborate with the director of Human Resources to come up with creative ways of attracting talent
• Track and report on recruiting activities and outcomes

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
