We are looking for resourceful, energetic, and team-oriented people to join the fight and be an asset to our agency and community.
Anchor House, Inc. has an immediate Part-Time opening for a Case Manager to work directly with aging out clients ages 14-21 at our emergency shelter providing case management, educational assistance, life skills, violence prevention groups, transportation along with individual and group counseling services.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Social Work or related field.
2 years of experience working with youth
A valid driver’s license and the ability to pass a criminal background check are required.
Bilingual is preferred.
