Anchor NW Property Management is a rapidly expanding family-owned property management company. We currently have over 30 beautiful apartment communities throughout SE, NE, and NW Portland and a corporate office located in Beaverton, OR.
The Position
The Sales Coordinator is the first point of contact for prospective tenants. It plays a vital role in ensuring that sales operations run smoothly and that prospective tenants receive a positive experience throughout their interactions with the sales and leasing team.
Key ResponsibilitiesLead Management
· Manage all incoming leads via phone, text, and email.
· Qualifying leads to assessing their potential as tenants.
· Identify prospects' needs and preferences.
· Coordinate and schedule appointments between prospective tenants and Leasing Agents; ensure that appointments align with the availability and priorities of both the prospect and the Leasing Team.
Customer Communication
- Serve as a point of contact for customers, address inquiries, and provide useful and relevant information.
- Maintain positive relationships with customers and respond to their requests in a timely and professional manner.
Advertising and Promotion
- Manage advertising and promotional efforts, which may include posting and updating ads on platforms like Craigslist or other relevant channels.
- Verify the accuracy of unit details across platforms on an ongoing basis; adjust as needed.
- Coordinate marketing and advertising campaigns to attract potential customers.
- Conduct market research surveys.
Administrative Support
- Assist with sales-related administrative tasks, such as preparing sales materials, managing documentation, and maintaining records.
- Generate reports or maintain databases related to sales activities.
Team Collaboration
- Collaborate with the Leasing Team, provide them with necessary information, and ensure a seamless flow of communication between the Sales Coordinator and the Leasing Agent.

Minimum Qualification & Transferable Skills*

- 2 years’ experience in fast-paced office environment
- Excellent computer skills with an aptitude for learning new software quickly.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Highly organized and superb attention to detail
- Proven experience in sales, customer service, or a related field
- Prior experience in property management, leasing, or a similar customer-facing role is preferred.
- Familiarity with property management software is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $27.27 per hour
