Anchor NW Property Management is a rapidly expanding family-owned property management company. We currently have over 30 beautiful apartment communities throughout SE, NE, and NW Portland and a corporate office located in Beaverton, OR.

The Position

The Sales Coordinator is the first point of contact for prospective tenants. It plays a vital role in ensuring that sales operations run smoothly and that prospective tenants receive a positive experience throughout their interactions with the sales and leasing team.

Key ResponsibilitiesLead Management

· Manage all incoming leads via phone, text, and email.

· Qualifying leads to assessing their potential as tenants.

· Identify prospects' needs and preferences.

· Coordinate and schedule appointments between prospective tenants and Leasing Agents; ensure that appointments align with the availability and priorities of both the prospect and the Leasing Team.

Customer Communication

  • Serve as a point of contact for customers, address inquiries, and provide useful and relevant information.
  • Maintain positive relationships with customers and respond to their requests in a timely and professional manner.

Advertising and Promotion

  • Manage advertising and promotional efforts, which may include posting and updating ads on platforms like Craigslist or other relevant channels.
  • Verify the accuracy of unit details across platforms on an ongoing basis; adjust as needed.
  • Coordinate marketing and advertising campaigns to attract potential customers.
  • Conduct market research surveys.

Administrative Support

  • Assist with sales-related administrative tasks, such as preparing sales materials, managing documentation, and maintaining records.
  • Generate reports or maintain databases related to sales activities.

Team Collaboration

  • Collaborate with the Leasing Team, provide them with necessary information, and ensure a seamless flow of communication between the Sales Coordinator and the Leasing Agent.

Works Directly With: Sales Coordinators, Leasing Agents, Application Specialist, Insurance Coordinator, Helio Sales & Service Coordinator, Resident Services Specialist, Resident Services Coordinator, Systems Administrator

Minimum Qualification & Transferable Skills*

· We will consider any combination of relevant work experience, volunteering, education, and transferable skills as qualifying unless an item or section is labeled required. Please be clear and specific about how your background is relevant.

  • 2 years’ experience in fast-paced office environment
  • Excellent computer skills with an aptitude for learning new software quickly.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Highly organized and superb attention to detail
  • Proven experience in sales, customer service, or a related field
  • Prior experience in property management, leasing, or a similar customer-facing role is preferred.
  • Familiarity with property management software is a plus.

  • Assist as needed, during emergencies.

  • Must be able to work a flexible work schedule, which may include weekends and evenings.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $27.27 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
