Work towards level 2 Production Chef Apprenticeship Standard
Your Role :
As an Apprentice Catering Assistant, you'll be an integral part of our kitchen team, assisting in various tasks such as food preparation, plating, and ensuring impeccable presentation.
You'll work alongside experienced chefs, gaining insights into the art of creating delectable dishes for events ranging from intimate gatherings to grand celebrations.
Training and Development :
Our apprenticeship program is designed to nurture your talents and help you build a successful career in catering. You will receive on-the-job training, mentorship from experienced chefs and kitchen colleagues.
You will be working towards Level 2 Production Chef qualification. Maths and English desirable.
Tolson Grange in Huddersfield is home to well trained and helpful staff with rooms for up to 38 residents. At Anchor, we pride ourselves in providing 24-hour care and specialised services for elderly people, the beauty of our grounds, the quality of our catering and our engaging activities we deliver.
