About the Position
The Marketing Coordinator position is responsible for supporting student recruitment and communication initiatives through collaboration with marketing team members on the development of new marketing plans for special programs and projects. Arranges proposals, presentations using marketing resource materials, social media and reporting. This position is responsible for project management as well as various administrative tasks to support the Marketing department, including reconciliation of budgets, invoices, and expenses.
What does it Take?
Bachelor’s degree in a related area from an academic institution accredited by a regional or national accrediting agency that is recognized by the U.S. Department of Education.- Organized and detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize and execute multiple projects/requests.
- Coordinate with the Campus Directors of Admissions to define the Admission’s marketing strategy.
- Strong conceptual skills and the ability to support and communicate ideas.
- Ability to produce routine reports and correspondence and communicate with colleagues.
- Thrives in an observation/coaching style environment.
- Pro-active problem solving skills.
- Competent in priority setting.
- Project Management skills.
- Strong computer skills including Microsoft Word and Excel, in addition to industry-related software applications.
- Experience with a proven record of accomplishment in a lead generation/direct response environment.
Experience and success with lead generation and marketing within the Higher Education industry is a plus.
