Clinical Manager

And Still We Rise, LLC, is a group mental health practice located in Boston, Massachusetts. We are looking for full-time independently licensed psychotherapists (LICSW, LMFT, or LMHC) to join our team as a Clinical Manager! We are a just and equitable group practice that values community, critical consciousness, decolonizing mental healthcare, and providing quality mental health services to women, BIPoC, queer, and trans folx. We actively work to create an environment with opportunities for mentoring, learning, and advancement. Pay ranges from $80,000-$95,00 based on experience.

Responsibilities include:

• Manages and mentors the clinical team members
• Supports staff recruitment, development, and training.
• Develops and implements policies, procedures, and work standards.
• Conducts clinical consultation meetings, monthly check-ins, and other communication with the clinical team
• Supports community outreach programs.

A clinical manager position is unique in that the individual is both an administrator and a clinician, and handles management duties in both areas.

Requirements:

• Experience in managing a healthcare facility or clinic.
• Ability to supervise and motivate clinic staff to perform their duties efficiently.
• Psychotherapist candidates must conceptualize from an intersectional perspective, utilize culturally informed interventions, have an interest in working with women, BIPoC, queer, and trans communities, as well as have a niche(s) (e.g., couples, trauma, EMDR, family, etc.) or is interested in developing a niche.
• Able to work independently, collaborate with team members, and be open to growing.
