About the role:
As an Assessment Quality Analyst, you will ensure the Assessment team operates at the highest quality levels. You will help improve the assessment’s speed and quality within a high-growth environment.
Responsibilities:
The specific responsibilities of the Assessment Quality Analyst position include:
- The primary focus should be reviewing video recordings of the interview for quality assurance purposes, to monitor interview quality, and to improve the experience.
- Review submitted scorecards to make sure they are informative and that they are submitted within expected SLAs.
- Help with quality control by suggesting improvements in the assessment processes, and developing action plans to improve NPS and productivity.
- Documenting and maintaining processes and keeping documentation up-to-date regarding quality assurance.
- Assist with executing manual operations where required.
Qualifications:
As the ideal candidate for this role you:
- Have at least two years of experience working in technology or marketplace companies in a quality assurance-related position.
- Humble and willing to learn/grow. We need confident and capable people who want to help each other succeed as they want to help our talent succeed.
- Have a vibrant personality and exceptional communication skills (English, verbal, and written).
- Have the ability to build rapport and communicate with individuals from diverse cultural backgrounds.
- Have excellent interpersonal skills.
- Have experience effectively working remotely.
