Financial services company in St. Louis is looking for a VP Controller. This position requires a degree in accounting or finance and strongly prefers a CPA. They are also looking for 5 years of experience in the financial services industry. Duties include managing a small staff, reporting to Senior Management, and being responsible for the monthly financials and analysis. This role also drives the budgeting process and works on cash management and projections. Must have solid written and verbal communication skills and be able to lead discussions regarding the status of monthly and quarterly financial updates. This is primarily a 40 hour work week and in-office the majority of the time. Great comp and benefits package!
