We are looking for a detail-oriented, self-starter with outstanding database and analysis skills to assist our marketing group with the development and administration of our Salesforce platform. In this critical role, the Salesforce Administrator will primarily be focused on assisting the marketing team as it relates to configuration, development, implementation of applications, and technical analysis in order to assist management with international business development and coordination efforts. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working with both leadership and subject matter experts to develop and optimize cross-functional business processes. This candidate will use their platform knowledge, software development lifecycle experience, trouble shooting ability, and user management and communications skills to ensure that our Salesforce Applications run smoothly, the business has proper training, and issues are handled expediently. Andersen’s Salesforce Administrator will be an integral member of the overall marketing group and will work closely with marketing team members to support the overall team, and to develop a deep understanding of Andersen’s business development approach and practices. This is an ideal role for someone with excellent organizational skills and attention to detail who is looking for an opportunity to develop his/her skills and experience with a premier professional services firm. The Salesforce Administrator will be a member of the global marketing group and will report to the Managing Director for Marketing and our Business Intelligence Leader.

High-level duties
- Serve as primary system administrator for Andersen’s Salesforce.com org;
- Lead the ongoing development of Salesforce deployments;
- Handle all basic administrative functions including user maintenance, custom reports, dashboards, validation rules, process builder, flows, and other routine tasks;
- Manage Salesforce security including roles, profiles, sharing rules, permission sets, and groups;
- Manage operational requests, including permission sets, custom views, and troubleshooting issues;
- Coordinate activities between local BD and global BD users, programs and initiatives;
- Manage Salesforce.com data feeds and relevant system integrations;
- Maintain database for integrity and accuracy including cleansing and duplicate record management;
- Manage and Improve Salesforce.com adoption through organizational training, system improvements and reporting;
- Stay updated on the platform’s new tools, capabilities, and updates; and
- Work closely with functional leaders to identify, develop and deploy new business processes, workflows, etc.
- Other duties as assigned
- Bachelor's degree or coursework in computer science, business management, marketing, communications or a related field;
- Minimum two years of experience (3-4 preferred) as a Salesforce.com administrator with at least one year experience in Lightning;
- Certified Salesforce Administrator with at least 2 years administration experience in SalesCloud and ExperienceCloud
- Proven ability to design and implement new processes and facilitate user adoption;
- Strong understanding of Salesforce.com best practices and functionalities;
- Experience with Quip and Salesforce Communities preferred;
- Strong data management abilities;
- Expertise in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook);
- A demonstrated ability to understand and articulate complex requirements;
- Excellent project management skills;
- Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines, handle and prioritize simultaneous requests, and manage laterally and upwards;
- Creative and analytical thinker with strong problem-solving skills;
- Must demonstrate exceptional verbal and written communication skills;
- Must demonstrate ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization;
