As a Business Advisor, you will play a pivotal role in assisting clients in achieving their financial and asset protection goals. Compensation:

  • Base salary ($35,000) plus uncapped bonus program offers a competitive compensation plan
  • Full healthcare benefits, at no cost to the employee
  • Robust Training that includes a comprehensive 5-week program with ongoing continuing education thereafter. Our Business Advisors are on a higher base salary during training until bonuses kick in.

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Complete initial training and obtain the Anderson Business Advisor Certification 
  • Conduct strategy sessions with prospective clients to understand their situation and identify their needs.
  • Work with prospective clients who have attended our Partner-led virtual events or engaged with our various educational material (the position does not involve any cold calling)
  • Attend company virtual events (either live or replay) and view/listen to Partners's YouTube channel content and podcast content to keep current and constantly learning
  • Draw the initial asset protection blueprint tailored to each client's specific assets and needs. 
  • Responsible for working directly with clients through the sales process from initial consult, and strong follow-up, as well as answering any questions that may arise about Anderson products or services.
  • "Tee-up" prospective clients, after initial call, with an experienced Senior Advisor (who will assist with advice and entity structuring). T-ups primarily occur during training to ensure accurate client advice and ongoing BA learning and education.
  • Consistently update Salesforce with client notes
  • Manage existing client relationships, respond in a timely manner, with accurate information and the utmost professionalism
  • Consistently reach and or exceed monthly goals & company objectives

 

Position Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree required
  • Two years sales experience with financial services products, insurance, banking, legal or other professional services
  • Ability to work a schedule that includes some Saturdays
  • Identify strongly with our Company's core values Integrity | Resilient | Driven | Innovative | Conscientious
  • Proficiency with G Suites (including GMail, Slides, Docs and Sheets) and Salesforce
  • Ability to prioritize and complete work in a timely manner with attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Strong written and verbal skills a must.
  • Self-motivated, independent thinker who likes to learn fast and achieve individual goals
  • Strong sales skills (discovery and closing techniques) with a customer-centered approach and phone skills
  • History of punctuality and good attendance
  • Fun, energetic, collaborative, and competitive personality
  • Bilingual a plus (English/Spanish) preferred
