Growth Marketing Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Growth Marketing Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies that drive measurable revenue growth. This role will involve both client marketing initiatives and external campaigns, requiring a versatile marketer with a strong analytical mindset, creativity, and a passion for driving results.

Responsibilities:

Client Marketing:

• Work closely with department leaders to draw actionable insights into their business goals and our client’s challenges and aspirations to develop tailored marketing strategies to achieve them.
• Implement and optimize multi-channel client marketing campaigns, leveraging digital platforms, email, content marketing, and other relevant channels.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify target audiences, market trends, and competitive landscape, informing client marketing strategies.

External Campaigns:

• Focus on creating new marketing campaigns to drive additional revenue from existing clients
• Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns to generate awareness, leads, and conversions for our products and services.
• Manage end-to-end campaign execution, including ideation, content creation, design, and performance analysis.
• Utilize data-driven insights to optimize campaigns for maximum impact and ROI.

Analytics and Reporting:

• Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for client marketing and external campaigns.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing regular reports to stakeholders.
• Use data-driven insights to make informed decisions, adjust strategies, and improve overall marketing effectiveness.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Proven track record of increasing Lifetime Value of existing clients through new marketing campaigns
• Proven experience leading multi-channel marketing campaigns including advertising, email, social media, events, and channel partnerships.
• Experience managing client-focused marketing programs that drive new revenue from existing client segments.
• A proven history of developing and managing multiple high-performing funnels based on individual client personas.
• Ability to work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders to lead campaigns from strategy through execution.
