Solutions Architect

Responsibilities:

• Help small businesses solve IT challenges
• Analyzing technology environment and requirements
• Identify customer needs and engineer right-sized solutions of technology to fit their business
• Conduct evaluations of the client computer system architecture to identify potential areas for improvement
• Prepare and present technical solutions to clients along with providing a technical roadmap
• Determine improvements to current IT infrastructure by analyzing cost-benefit ratios and proposing changes to hardware, process, or use of technology services
• Independently manage projects for a variety of clients and work closely with project management and client success teams.
• Participate in and/or facilitate status meetings
• Identify opportunities to further assist clients succeed in their environments
• Gain customer acceptance by demonstrating value of proposed solutions
• Work with Technical Project Managers and Client Success Managers to determine and review best IT solutions with potential customers and document their feedback.
• Understand the technical aspects of projects to identify risks, propose immediate solutions and provide guidance for the computer system solutions.
• Work closely with Project Implementation team to assist with technical issues leading up to and during deployment
• Act as a technical resource regarding projects in works

All candidates should have the following technical skills:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent project experience
• 10 years of Systems Administrator experience

• Strong background in system administration, network infrastructure, cloud solutions and migrations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $90,000.00 - $115,000.00 per year
