Logistics Support Specialist

We are growing our operations team in our St. Cloud, Minnesota office! To the general public, our position is advertised as an logistics support, but internally we call ourselves Extended Coverage Representatives.

“Simply put, what would I be doing?”

Think of yourself as a liaison and master negotiator. You’d be building relationships, solving problems and keeping track of all the freight that’s moving after normal business hours.

“Calling all night owls! What does “after hours” entail?”

Ever think about all the things that could impact a shipment delivering on time? (Weather, traffic, engine troubles, pretty much ANYTHING). Our customers don’t have time to worry about the logistics of getting their freight picked up and delivered. Our core hours are 7:00 am to 5:00 pm, but transportation doesn’t stop after dark. This shift covers M-F 2:30 pm – 11:00 pm and is crucial to the success and communication with our truck drivers.

Did you know that if trucking stops, within 2-3 days food shortages would escalate and supplies of essentials like bottled water would start to disappear? Talk about a big responsibility!
