For assistance on how to apply, please click here Job Description: Position Overview The E-Commerce Specialist will be responsible for establishing and maintaining customer accounts. This position communicates (verbal and written) with customers regarding products and orders by applying a strong knowledge of industry, products and services offered. Key Responsibilities Communicate effectively with customers (oral and written) regarding products and orders Develop a deep understanding of our products and their use cases Become familiar with our internal systems for tracking orders and inventory: SAP, Ship Station, Fulfillment Vu, Amazon Establish and achieve gross profit goals for the business which are consistent with growth and target/threshold objectives Coordinate with internal departments in all activities surrounding the transfer or execution of goods/services/products, ensure that appropriate instructions, documentation, and regulatory standards are present Participate in marketing and trade activities as needed Manage administrative requirements of the position. Such as maintaining customer data, filing damage reports, customer returns and shipping reimbursements What is expected of you and others at this level Has general awareness of business, financials, products/services and the market Complexity is limited (territory/account, products/services or sales process) Has very limited authority and opportunity to set and negotiate product/service terms Relies on manager to provide planning and manage resources. Minimum Qualifications & Skills Bachelors Degree required 1-3 years’ relevant experience required Background in Agronomy or Turf Management a plus eCommerce experience a plus Comfortable working within the MS Office Suite Must have a valid Driver’s License Must be able to drive for the company according to the Company’s Vehicle Safety and Driver Qualification Policy This job description is intended to describe the general nature and level of work performed.
