Job Description:
Position Overview
Titan Lansing, a wholly owned subsidiary of the Andersons, is a logistics, and transloading company with bulk commodity rail and storage facilities in NM, TX & AZ. Titan Lansing wholesales and distributes fuel, sand, and other bulk commodities supporting the transportation and the oil and gas industry.
This position is responsible for assigning, monitoring, adjusting, and controlling daily activities associated with transloading operations and product loading.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct daily duties/tasks assigned, maintain company standards of safety, product quality, and production
Perform a wide variety of tasks such as completing routine preventive maintenance on tools and equipment, housekeeping duties, and assisting crew on all operational tasks
Safely Operate and maintain all equipment necessary to complete assigned tasks such as Control Room operations, transloaders, conveyor systems, structures, UTV, mobile equipment and hand tools
What is expected of you and others at this level
Minimal job-related experience
Work is prescribed and completed with close supervision and little autonomy
Duties are clearly defined and methods and tasks are described in detail
Minimum Qualifications & Skills
High School Diploma or GED equivalent preferred
1-2 years relevant experience preferred
Physical Requirements and Working Environment
Work subjects the employee to inside and outside environmental conditions, extremes in temperature and hazards associated with equipment operations and material handling. This position requires heavy (51lb – 100lbs) lifting, pushing, and pulling frequently. This position also requires employees to stand, walk, reach overhead, squat or kneel, bend and grasp frequently.
