Job Posting for Donation Center Specialist at Andrew Wommack Ministries, Inc.

Position Purpose

The primary purpose of the Donation Center Specialist position is to process AWM/Charis and World Outreach donations received through the mail, recurring donations, offerings, and events, and to research, problem solve and resolve customer service complaints and issues such as tax-deductible receipt discrepancies, website processing, and data entry errors.

Essential Duties

Use Studio Enterprise and the UMB Bank lockbox system to research, problem-solve and resolve customer service requests and issues originating through the Phone Center, mail, e-mail, and AWMI website
Process credit card donations
Load and Process recurring monthly automatic credit card and ACH donations
Conduct research and correct data entry errors and resolve issues
Provide account maintenance and correspond with donors through custom-written letters, phone calls, and emails
Resolve receipt discrepancies and re-issue corrected tax-deductible receipts
Adjust incorrect donation/order entries
Issue Refunds and authorization reversals
Process returned mail and product orders
Process donations such as gifts in kind, matching fund, donor advised fund, annuity, and IRA donations.
Process internal invoiced orders for other departments and AWM/Charis offices
Process bulk and discount orders for churches, ministries, and bookstores
Follow strict security policies to maintain the financial integrity and accountability of the ministry
Assist other Donation Center Teams with counting or data entry as needed
Maintain a servant's heart and remain flexible to ensure the prompt and efficient processing of ministry donations

Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities

Accounting, Bookkeeping, Business, Banking, or financial knowledge
Bank Deposits, ACH, Credit Card processing, and Chargebacks
Excellence in Microsoft Office programs with an emphasis on Excel
10 Key required and must be able to type quickly and accurately
Must have an acute attention to detail with excellent analytic and problem-solving skills
Must be organized, flexible, and possess the ability to process a large volume of data accurately and efficiently.
Perform highly detailed tasks while working in an open office setting with many distractions and interruptions.
Excellent customer service skills with outstanding written and verbal communication skills
Excellent data entry and professional letter writing skills
Must demonstrate professionalism and great time management skills
Fast learner with good technical aptitude required and confidence in the ability to make decisions

Requirements

Must have a personal relationship with Jesus Christ
Must sign the Statement of Faith
A high school diploma or equivalent education is required
Associates Degree in Accounting, Bookkeeping, or Business is preferred
Charis Bible College student or graduate preferred
Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
Must pass all required checks

Experience

Minimum one year experience working in an office setting
Donation Center Clerk or Communication Services Customer Service Minister preferred
Recurring credit card/ACH experience preferred
Data entry and project management experience
Cash, check, and credit card handling
Donation and tax-deductible receipt processing
Training and leadership experience
Compensation is commensurate with experience
