Elementary Teacher

Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Elementary School Teacher to join our team. As an Elementary School Teacher, you will be responsible for creating a positive and engaging learning environment for students in the middle elementary grades. This is a full-time position with competitive pay and benefits.

Duties:
- Develop and implement lesson plans that align with the school curriculum
- Provide instruction in various subjects, including math, language arts, history, and mapping
- Utilize learning technology to enhance classroom instruction
- Assess student progress and provide feedback on their academic performance
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to create a cohesive educational experience
- Monitor student behavior and maintain a safe and respectful classroom environment
- Provide early intervention support for students who may be struggling academically or socially
- Participate in education administration tasks such as parent-teacher conferences and staff meetings
- Foster a love of learning and promote positive character development in students

Skills:
- Strong lesson planning skills to create engaging and effective instructional materials
- Attention to detail for proofreading assignments and assessments
- Proficiency in math concepts to effectively teach mathematical skills to students
- Familiarity with learning technology tools to enhance classroom instruction
- Experience working with students of various ages and abilities
- Knowledge of early intervention strategies to support struggling learners
- Understanding of curriculum development principles to ensure alignment with educational standards
- Passion for education and commitment to the growth and development of young learners

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Education
- Valid teaching certification or license
- Previous experience as an Elementary School Teacher is highly desirable

Pay: $41,000.00 - $48,000.00 per year
