As a member of Anduril's recruiting team, you will be responsible for the company's talent acquisition as we continue to rapidly grow. Your work will be hands-on and involve collaborating with founders and engineers to support the hiring needs of the company. Engaging the best passive technical candidates in the world is critical to our success as an organization. As a technical sourcer, you will play the role of external mission ambassador for Anduril. The work you put in day in/day out will lead to critical hires who, in turn, build innovative, mission critical tools that help deter conflict, save lives, and fundamentally change the way that the US and it’s Allies leverage new technologies for Defense applications.
