Andworx is hiring an energetic and driven Program Support Specialist who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You will provide project coordination in support of client objectives that directly impact the customer’s overall mission.
Please note this is a hybrid position:
- Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday are on-site with our customer in Arlington, VA.
- Monday and Friday are remote workdays.
- Work hours must include the core time of 9-3:30 pm EST.
Minimum Qualifications
- A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience with information, security, property, and SOP management in a defense field activity.
- Experience with information technology management for a DAFA CIO or c-suite executives preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate and present ideas and solutions concisely and clearly across varying levels of technical knowledge to include non-technical customers, technical staff, and management.
- Experience coordinating multiple concurrent works streams and deliverables.
- Enjoy working closely with and taking direction from senior leadership.
- Must have an entrepreneurial mindset, with the ability to distill necessary information from meetings and feedback into actionable tasks.
- Must be a positive, proactive team member who takes an active role in helping the team move towards objectives and milestones.
- Active DOD Secret clearance.
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related technical or business field, strongly preferred.
- U.S. citizenship, required.
Responsibilities
As Program Support Specialist you will leverage program support expertise to provide sound team and client coordination and tracking of project initiatives and deliverables with:
- Coordination of project reporting (i.e., agendas preparation, meeting attendance, minutes preparation, tracking action items).
- Responding to client requests for administrative tasks related to policy analysis, physical and cyber security, budget, and other operational tasks.
- Participation in strategic-level planning, task management, and meetings with and for our customers’ senior leadership.
- Status reporting and coordination relative to tasks and performance / deliverable tracking.
- Coordination of project communications.
- Maintenance of information in client and DoD tracking systems and by establishing processes to respond to DoD data calls.
