Job description:
Must have a Salesforce Cert.
Top skills or experience:
• Strong communication and follow-up, including written and verbal.
• Requirements elicitation and gathering (various modes, include 1-1 interviews, workshop facilitation)
• Salesforce Business Analyst certification
• Experience with cross-functional stakeholder groups (life insurance death claims are a plus)
• Experience working in Agile Scrum and/or Scaled Agile
• Experience with creation of user stories, test cases, and supporting development team with testing (as needed)
Specific tools:
• Miro or another web-based collaboration tool (Mural, Figma, etc.)
• Atlassian (including Jira Cloud, Jira Align, and Confluence)
• Microsoft Office365 Products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
• Salesforce Financial Service Cloud
Will this BA supervise or direct team members?
• This will be an individual contributor role.
• The individual will work directly with Product Owner, Tech Lead, Scrum Master, Development Team Members, UX Design, Operations SMEs, and Agile Release Train Leadership (Chief Product Owner, Solution Architect Engineer, Release Train Engineer, Journey Analyst).
Will they need to develop use cases and process flows?
