Job DescriptionANERROWS LLC, We are seeking a skilled and experienced HVAC Commercial Service Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in maintaining, diagnosing, and repairing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in commercial buildings. This role requires technical expertise, attention to detail, and excellent customer service skills.Key Responsibilities
Installation & Maintenance:
Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC systems including air conditioners, heaters, ventilation units, and refrigeration systems.
Diagnostics:
Diagnose mechanical and electrical faults for HVAC systems.
Service Calls:
Respond to emergency maintenance requests and service calls in a timely manner.
System Upgrades:
Recommend and implement system upgrades and improvements to enhance efficiency and performance.
Compliance:
Ensure all work is performed in accordance with relevant codes, regulations, and company standards.
Documentation:
Complete detailed service reports and maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
Customer Interaction:
Provide excellent customer service, including explaining system issues and solutions to clients.
Safety:
Adhere to safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe work environment.
Qualifications:
Experience:
Minimum of 10 years of experience as an HVAC technician in a commercial setting.
Education:
High school diploma or equivalent; technical school certification or associate degree in HVAC or a related field preferred.
Licenses:
Valid HVAC technician license and EPA certification.
Skills:
Proficiency in reading blueprints and technical diagrams; strong troubleshooting and diagnostic abilities.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to lift heavy equipment, work in confined spaces, and perform physical tasks over extended periods.
Driver's License:
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
Preferred
Qualifications:
Advanced certifications such as NATE (North American Technician Excellence).
Experience with building automation systems (BAS).
Familiarity with energy-efficient HVAC solutions and practices.
