At Anesthesia Dynamics, we are professional, multi-faceted, fast-paced and customer-centric. We rely on knowledgeable professionals to interact with our patients who have questions or concerns about their account billing. We’re looking for three highly skilled patient advocate representatives in the Florida and Texas markets to join our remote team. The ideal candidate will be a quick learner who can memorize scripts, manage a large volume of inbound and outbound calls and adapt when issues arise. This person will handle a variety of important supportive tasks, providing answers, insights, and assistance to patients as well as escalate issues to the department manager and or the billing team. As the voice of our company, the patient advocate representative must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and have an enthusiastic attitude with regard to helping patients understand their account and driving their satisfaction.

Responsibilities:
Answering telephonic and email inquires in a timely manner.
Identify patient needs, research issues, resolve complaints, and provide solutions.
Maintain ownership of calls throughout the lifecycle of a patient’s request, including follow-up with escalation team.
Make outbound calls to return voicemails messages.
Process patient payments via online payment portal.
Set-up and/or assist with monthly payment plans for patients as needed.
Facilitate communication between patients, insurance carriers, and billing department.
Provide exceptional patient support in every interaction.
Work and multi-task in a fast-paced inbound call center environment.
Possess adept computer skills with the ability to navigate multiple screens simultaneously.
Have the ability to navigate various billing systems to answer patient questions.
Maintain patient confidentiality.
Requirements:
High School diploma or GED.
2 years professional experience, with demonstrated history of retention.
Experience in healthcare environment and patient service.
Familiarity with healthcare billing processes (preferred but not required).
Intermediate skills in the Microsoft Suite (Outlook, Word, and Excel).
Bilingual a plus! (Spanish/English) with pay differential offered.
